Digital Planner Policy for Bioplanny

At Bioplanny we strive to provide a seamless and customer-centric experience when purchasing products/ services from our online shop. Please carefully review the following policies regarding our digital planner to ensure that you understand the terms of purchase and use.
1. Product Overview
Our digital planner is downloadable product that is intended for use on digital devices such as tablets, smartphones, or computers. The product includes, but is not limited to, digital planning templates, calendars, and journaling pages, health pages in file formats compatible with popular apps (e.g., PDF, GoodNotes, Notability, etc.).
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital planner has been downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. We strongly recommend that you review the product details carefully before making your purchase.
3. Usage Rights
Upon purchasing a digital planner, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal use only. You may not:
- Share, distribute, resell, or sublicense the digital planner.
- Alter, modify, or create derivative works based on the digital planner, except for personal customization.
- Use the digital planner for commercial purposes.
- You may not copy the content or the design of the Bioplanny digital planner for any purposes.
You are granted access to the planner for the device(s) you use it on, but the product remains the intellectual property of Bioplanny.
4. Downloads & Access
After your purchase, you will receive a link to download your digital planner. The download link will be available for 30 days from the time of purchase. If you encounter any issues with downloading, please contact us within this timeframe for assistance.
5. Device Compatibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and applications are compatible with our digital planner. Bioplanny is not responsible for any technical issues arising from incompatible software or devices.
6. Privacy & Data Security
We take your privacy seriously. All personal information provided during the purchasing process, including payment details, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use secure payment gateways to process transactions and ensure that your data remains protected.
7. Updates and Revisions
Digital planners may receive updates or revisions over time. If an update is released within the same year of your purchase, you will be notified, and you may be offered the option to download the latest version for free (e.g. you buy the planner in January 2025 and there is an update in June 2025 you will automatically get the updated version). Note: Updates are not mandatory but may provide added functionality or improvements to the product.

9. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the digital planner for the following:

- Mass redistribution: You may not upload or redistribute the planner in any public forum or marketplace.
- Misrepresentation: You may not claim ownership or authorship of any digital planner purchased from Bioplanny.
10. Amendments to the Policy
Bioplanny reserves the right to update or modify this Digital Planner Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. We encourage you to periodically review this page for any updates.
